our little trip to the racetrack?  I'm not so much a thoroughbred handicapper as I am an "Oh! That horse.  Cool name, so pretty!" Laugh if you'd like, but while my man was trying to be all statistically correct, I left up $200. He didn't fare as well.  I took my beginner's luck money and did with it the other super awesome thing I forgot to mention.  Say what you'd like about Gordon Ramsay and the way he treats people in his kitchen.  He is a perfectionist, and it's obvious in everything about his restaurant.  Beautiful, classic, delicious, impeccable service. My man actually ate several vegetables.  THAT is how good.  And this:
